The Future of Fashion is Inclusive and Adaptive

Runway of Dreams at ¹ú²úÂ×Àí was founded in the spring of 2021 by current president Bri Cummings, a senior fashion design and fashion merchandising major. The club partners with the Runway of Dreams Foundation to raise awareness of the need for adaptive clothing.

Theodore Albrecht, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of Music in ¹ú²úÂ×Àí’s Hugh A. Glauser School of Music, holds the Beethoven Medal he was awarded in 2017 in recognition of his musicological contributions to the study of composer Ludwig van Beethoven.

The ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Board of Trustees has approved awarding Roe Green, MA ’80, a Doctor of Humane Letters, an honorary degree recognizing her contributions to the university and her advocacy for the arts not only in Northeast Ohio, but also across the nation and around the world.

The Skoolies, inspired by the bands of the 80s and onward, kicked off their career at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through socially distanced jam sessions, this band of university professors produced their debut album, Darker Rhymes.
