¹ú²úÂ×Àí Police Department Maintains National Law Enforcement Accreditation
The ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Police Department was recently awarded national accreditation for the ninth time by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. in the Law Enforcement program. The ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Police Department was first accredited in 1991.

¹ú²úÂ×Àí Receives Best in Class and Hall of Fame Honors for Supplier Diversity
¹ú²úÂ×Àí has won a Best in Class award for supplier diversity from the Greater Cleveland Partnership. This marks the third time that the university has received this award. As a multiyear winner of the Best in Class awards, ¹ú²úÂ×Àí is also named to the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s Equity and Inclusion Hall of Fame.

Public Hearing for ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Police Department’s Reaccreditation to Be Held July 27
The ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Police Department is scheduled for a virtual assessment as part of a program to achieve international reaccreditation. Administered by the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. (CALEA), the program requires agencies to meet state-of-the-art standards in four basic areas: policy and procedures, administration, operations and support services.
